Jason DeRulo’s new single Talk Dirty featuring 2 Chainz has entered the ARIA singles chart at No.1 and has ended the reign of Swedish DJ Avicii.
After six weeks at the top of the chart, Avicii’s Wake Me Up has been pushed to No.2 by DeRulo.
DeRulo previously achieved a No.1 position with In My Head in 2010.
Katy Perry’s new track Roar has debuted at No.3 after it was officially released on Monday.
Roar becomes Perry’s 16th chart entry in Australia and her first new material since 2012′s Wide Awake.
At No.4 is Lorde with her EP The Love Club featuring the track Royals. OneRepublic’s Counting Stars is down to No.5.
Acapella by Karmin and La La La by Naughty Boy and Sam Smith have also fallen to No.6 and No.7 respectively.
Flo Rida and Pitbull’s track Can’t Believe It has jumped four places to No.8.
Falling down three places to No.9 is Burn by Ellie Goulding, while Riptide by Vance Joy sits at No.10.
On the Albums chart, Sydney indie-dance trio Rufus has taken out the new No.1 spot with their debut album Atlas.
It’s an Aussie one-two this week, with Brisbane’s alternative-rock band Dead Letter Circus debuting at No.2 with their album The Catalyst Fire.
